Cisco Announces Definitive Agreement to Acquire Jabber  —  Jabber's Presence and Messaging Software to Enhance Cisco's Collaboration Portfolio  —  Cisco today announced its intent to acquire privately held Jabber, Inc., a provider of presence and messaging software.
