Google Inc. Announces First Quarter 2013 Results — Google Inc. today announced financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2013. “We had a very strong start to 2013, with $14.0 billion in revenue, up 31% year-on-year,” said Larry Page, CEO of Google.
