Samsung Galaxy S9, S9 Plus review: variable aperture and 960FPS slow-motion video is nice, rear camera is good, especially in low light, but still not the best — When Samsung announced the Galaxy S9, “that's it?” wasn't exactly an uncommon refrain. The Galaxy S9 is, frankly, kind of boring.
