Twitter Reports First Quarter 2015 Results; Lowers Full-Year 2015 Expectations — SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. - April 28, 2015 - Twitter, Inc. (NYSE: TWTR) today announced financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2015, and outlined lower 2015 expectations.

Twitter shares close down 18% on Q1 revenue of $436M that missed expectations, and weak forecast — Twitter closes 18% lower on disappointing report — Twitter's earnings came out early, and the stock halted for trading. CNBC's Mary Thompson reports on the first trade as the stock resumed trading.
