Microsoft may delay Windows Vista again — Gartner — SEATTLE (Reuters) - Microsoft Corp.'s long- awaited release of the upgrade to its flagship Windows operating system will likely be delayed again by at least three months, research group Gartner Inc. said on Tuesday.
