SEC, FINRA to review Facebook issues, Nasdaq sued  —  (Reuters) - Two top U.S. financial regulators said the issues around the initial public offering of Facebook should be reviewed, putting fresh pressure on the company, its embattled lead underwriter and the Nasdaq.
